Client Contract

This agreement is between DMV WebFlow (the "Service Provider"), a sole-proprietorship operated by Samuel W Mulat, located in Fairfax, Virginia, and the client named in the signature section below (the "Client").

DMV WebFlow agrees to provide one of the following services as selected by the Client:

• Chatbot Only — $650 one-time: Custom AI chatbot built and installed on Client's existing website
• Website Only — $1,100 one-time: Custom website designed and built for the Client's business
• Website + Chatbot — $1,650 one-time: Full package including both website and AI chatbot
• Monthly Support Plan — $99/month: Optional ongoing maintenance, updates, and priority support

The first 3 months of chatbot service are included in the setup fee. After 3 months, the Client must join the $99/month support plan or the chatbot will be deactivated.

• Full payment is due after the site is built and approved, before it goes live
• Payments are accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card)
• The site will not be published until full payment is received
• Work begins after the contract is signed

Payment is due after the site is built and reviewed. If the Client is unhappy with the final result, up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Once the Client approves the site and pays, no refunds will be issued. If the Client refuses to pay after the site is delivered and approved, DMV WebFlow reserves the right to withhold the site until payment is received.

The setup fee includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond 2 will be billed at $50 per round. All revision requests must be made within 7 days of the site going live. After 7 days, minor text updates (hours, phone number, prices) are included with the $99/month support plan only. Structural or design changes always require the support plan regardless of timing. The support plan includes 1 update per month.

• Client must provide all content (text, photos, menu, hours, services) within 3 days of signing
• Delays in providing content will delay the project timeline
• Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided
• Client must review and approve the final site within 5 days of delivery. If no response is received within 5 days, the site will be considered approved and payment will be due immediately

• The AI chatbot requires an active support plan ($99/month) after the first 3 months
• If the Client cancels the support plan, the chatbot will be deactivated within 7 days
• The website will remain live regardless of the support plan status
• The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice

DMV WebFlow will deliver the completed project within 3 business days of the contract being signed AND all required content being received from the Client. This timeline assumes no major revision requests during the build.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all website content and design. DMV WebFlow retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio. The Client is responsible for renewing their domain name annually.

The setup fee covers a single website of up to 3 pages (e.g. Home, Services, Contact). Additional pages beyond 3 will be billed at $100 per page. The chatbot covers one business location only. Any additional locations require a separate agreement.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally first by contacting DMV WebFlow at sam@dmvwebflow.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
