Client Contract

Please read this agreement carefully before signing. By signing below you agree to all terms.

01 โ€” Parties

This agreement is between DMV WebFlow (the "Service Provider"), a sole-proprietorship operated by Samuel W Mulat, located in Fairfax, Virginia, and the client named in the signature section below (the "Client").

02 โ€” Services

DMV WebFlow agrees to provide one of the following services as selected by the Client:

The first 3 months of chatbot service are included in the setup fee. After 3 months, the Client must join the $99/month support plan or the chatbot will be deactivated.

03 โ€” Payment Terms
04 โ€” Refund Policy

Payment is due after the site is built and reviewed. If the Client is unhappy with the final result, up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Once the Client approves the site and pays, no refunds will be issued. If the Client refuses to pay after the site is delivered and approved, DMV WebFlow reserves the right to withhold the site until payment is received.

05 โ€” Revisions

The setup fee includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond 2 will be billed at $50 per round. All revision requests must be made within 7 days of the site going live. After 7 days, minor text updates (hours, phone number, prices) are included with the $99/month support plan only. Structural or design changes always require the support plan regardless of timing. The support plan includes 1 update per month.

08 โ€” Turnaround Time

DMV WebFlow will deliver the completed project within 3 business days of the contract being signed AND all required content being received from the Client. This timeline assumes no major revision requests during the build.

09 โ€” Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all website content and design. DMV WebFlow retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio. The Client is responsible for renewing their domain name annually.

10 โ€” Scope of Work

The setup fee covers a single website of up to 3 pages (e.g. Home, Services, Contact). Additional pages beyond 3 will be billed at $100 per page. The chatbot covers one business location only. Any additional locations require a separate agreement.

11 โ€” Disputes

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally first by contacting DMV WebFlow at sam@dmvwebflow.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.


By submitting this form both parties agree to the terms above. This constitutes a legally binding agreement.
